BE AWARE THAT MOUNTAINCUT PRODUCTS ARE BUILT TO ORDER. THEREFORE SAME DAY SHIPPING IS UNLIKELY BUT IF YOU HAVE A RUSH ORDER, JUST REACH OUT AND WE MAY BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE.
Please allow 1-3 days to process MOST orders. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way! Certain large size items (34 inches +) may take additional production time.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you live in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area, local delivery may be an option. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Local orders are still subject to our "build-to-order" policy. Items take 1-3 days for production. Please contact us if you have a rush situation.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with the approximate delivery time.
FREE SHIPPING (OVER $100)
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Free shipping applies to orders with the United States only. Other shipping methods (overnight, 2-day and 3-day options) are available at checkout for additional charges.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
