BE AWARE THAT MOUNTAINCUT PRODUCTS ARE BUILT TO ORDER. THEREFORE SAME DAY SHIPPING IS UNLIKELY BUT IF YOU HAVE A RUSH ORDER, JUST REACH OUT AND WE MAY BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE.
Please allow 1-3 days to process MOST orders. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way! Certain large size items (34 inches +) may take additional production time.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you live in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area, local delivery may be an option. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Local orders are still subject to our "build-to-order" policy. Items take 1-3 days for production. Please contact us if you have a rush situation.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with the approximate delivery time.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders under $100 are subject to our standard shipping rate which is a flat fee of $9.95. Shipping method is at the discretion of Mountaincut. It is likely that it will ship via UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Other shipping methods (overnight, 2-day and 3-day options) are available at checkout for additional charges.
FREE SHIPPING ($100 OR GREATER)
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped to areas within the 48 contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, the shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. Other shipping methods (overnight, 2-day and 3-day options) are available at checkout for additional charges.
